SLP Sandwich
(Salami, Lettuce,
Pickle and Peanut Better Sandwich)
2 slices of your favorite bread
2 tablespoons Thai Ginger and Red Pepper Peanut Better
3 oz. of thinly sliced, good quality hard salami
2 large Boston (butter) lettuce leaves, cut in half
4 - 6 Bread and Butter pickle slices
Spread the
Thai Ginger and Red Pepper Peanut Better on both slices of bread, and
place thinly sliced salami on one. Arrange cut lettuce leaves on top
of salami with little overhang; place Bread and Butter pickle slices
atop lettuce. Cover with the second slice of bread, cut into four sections
and secure with toothpicks. This one will surprise you!
