Shrimp with Asian Peanut Better Dipping
Sauce
1 lb large
cooked shrimp, tails on
3/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoons low-salt soy sauce
1/4 cup Thai Ginger and Red Pepper Peanut Better
Chill cooked
shrimp. In a blender or food processor, combine vinegar, soy sauce and
Peanut Better and blend until smooth. Pour into dipping bowl and arrange
chilled shrimp around bowl.
