Halibut with Ginger Wasabi Cream with
Ginger Wasabi Slathering Sauce
3 oz sour cream
6 oz Ginger Wasabi Slathering Sauce
1 oz Ginger Juice or Minced Ginger
2 TBSP mustard cress, chopped finely
Grilled halibut
Combine sour cream with Wasabi
Slathering Sauce and Ginger Juice or Minced Ginger. Add mustard cress.
Blend in food processor until smooth. Serve cold or heat until just
warm and serve over your favorite seafood: halibut, swordfish, tuna,
salmon, shrimp, freshly shucked oysters, and crab cakes.
