Ginger tea
Instructions: Boil water.
Add slices of fresh ginger and steep until the flavor of the ginger
is infused through the hot water, approximately 6-8 minutes. for stronger
flavor, steep longer. Remove ginger before serving. You may want to
add a squeeze of fresh lemon and a spoonful of honey to complete this
soothing warm beverage.This
