1 lb. chicken breasts,
boneless, skinless, cut into ½ inch strips
1 TBSP oil
2 limes, juiced
12 oz Ginger Peanut Sauce
Toss chicken strips in
lime juice and oil. Let marinate at least one hour. Skewer the strips
and grill until done. Heat Ginger Peanut Sauce. Serve alongside chicken
skewers.
