Beef Short Ribs with Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette
¾ cup Ginger
Sesame Vinaigrette
8 green onions, thinly sliced
1 TBSP dark molasses
¼ cup premium soy sauce
8 oz. beef stock
1 tsp black pepper
4 lbs lean short ribs
Trim short ribs. Marinate
in Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette for 1 hour, then combine and add other
ingredients. Place in baking dish and slow cook at 275 degrees for 3
hours. Baste well during cooking time. Allow to rest 20 minutes before
serving. Serve with jasmine rice or Thai noodles and fresh steamed Asian
greens.
