I'm often asked how I use ginger in cooking. These are all simple things that just bring a nice touch of ginger flavor to everyday meals.
Minced ginger: mix with soy sauce and spread over fish. Bake with a foil tent and the sauce forms a very light crispy crust that is gingery delicious.
Ginger honey crystals: Most common use is just add hot water for ginger tea (without the tea, hmmmmm). Add gingery honey crystals to yogurt or fruit salad. If you're making a plain scone or cookie and want to notch up the flavor, sprinkle ginger honey crystals on top before baking.
Ginger juice: This is great stuff for stir-fry of any kind, and salad dressing with a kick of ginger.
Wasabi ginger dressing: Of course it's great on salad, but I like it on salmon too.
