Yesterday a lovely salad appeared unexpectedly on my counter as a surprise.  It needed some dressing and so I popped into the www.GourmetLady.com store to get some.  I realized I hadn't tried the ginger pear dressing and this was my chance.  It was sweet and tangy and smooth and wonderful.  It is made by a company called A Perfect Pear and everything they make has pear (they even make pear wasabi dressing).  They have a passion for all things pear, just like I do for all things ginger.  Try it.  You'll like it.
