I have a friend who often helps me with projects like new shelves, painting, and repairs.  He's a helpful and generous soul, and doesn't really want to officially "work" for me or anyone else for that matter.  He just likes to help, and so in return I like to give him things randomly.  An early gift was the ginger honey crystals (by Prince of Peace) which he used to make ginger tea.  He loved this tea and has gone through quite a supply since then.  Out of an entire store of 600 products, the others are ignored and he goes directly to this product.  It's easy to ask for a small favor when I have a box or two of the ginger honey crystals in my hand.
