What a delight that yesterday The Oregonian mentioned iloveginger! Here's the text from "IN THE MIX" -- part of the FOODday section:
Treat us gingerly
Sooner or later, everything gets its own Web site. And while we're not sure that Spam deserves one, we do approve of Iloveginger.com, a site devoted to the sweet, spicy, floral flavor of this tropical root.
Ginger addicts can shop for tons of products, including ginger-honey mustard, pear-ginger scones, ginger-wasabi marinade, chocolate-dipped ginger, and, naturally, ginger ale. There are also links to recipes and a blog. The site is the brainchild of Carrie Yano of Yachats, where Yano also runs The Gourmet Lady and The Wine Place.
