Always Searching for Ginger

Tonight I went to a book website while hunting for a particular book about ginger.  It's called A Spoonful of Ginger (by Simonds) and has Asian recipes and I have not read it and have not ordered it yet.  (That's a blatant note to my favorite sister.)   Talk about a plethora of books about ginger.  It was astounding.

While I was there wandering aimlessly around this enormous website, I felt lost in a world of ginger that was not food.  There were books by authors who happened to be named Ginger, books about cats and other pets named Ginger, books about Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.  I know if I would have looked just a bit farther, I would have found something about the Ginger on Gilligan's Isle.  But I left quietly, and as you might imagine, gingerly.
