A fellow ginger-lover recently brought me a gift of tuna she had canned with chunks of fresh ginger in the bottom of the jar.  What a nice zing the ginger gave to the tuna.  I mixed it up with wasabi mayonnaise -- yes of course you can buy that at www.ilovewasabi.com and this ginger and wasabi together are a match made in heaven.
