Gingerbread Man Martini! 

Have you ever heard of such a thing?  Neither had I.  But last night it was my dessert beverage of choice, and here are the ingredients:  Gold Rush Cinnamon Schnapps, Baileys Irish Cream, Butterscotch Schnapps, in equal portions.  The glass had been lined in an artistic fashion with ice cream toppings of caramel and cinnamon.  Thank you to Vera at the Adobe Resort in Yachats for introducing this lovely item.  Of course I spent a long time agonizing over the dessert menu to choose the item which would pair well -- and it was pumpkin pie.  Yum.
