About I Love Ginger

Greetings from the owner of iloveginger.com!

In 2004, I opened a gourmet & specialty food shop called the Gourmet Lady in Yachats, Oregon (www.gourmetlady.com). My favorite products were those that contained ginger. I soon realized I wasn’t alone in my passion for ginger. Numerous customers would see the ginger section and comment, “Oh, I love ginger!” I would reply: “Me too! If it’s got ginger in it, I have it, or I want it!” The ginger section kept expanding until there was a corner cupboard bursting with a plethora of ginger products. I started calling this my shrine to all things ginger. It has been a delight to create this website dedicated to delicious ginger items.
